Employee of the Month for TN

I'm not part of the Nurse Satisfacation committee in Transitional Nursery (I simply don't have time or energy to parttake in anything that is not mandatory!), however, I decided that we needed an Employee of the Month for TN. Our unit is a subdivision of a much larger unit that could really care less about us. I figured if we don't pat ourselves on the back, no one else is gonna do it. We're such a small unit that almost everyone can be the Employee of the Month once a year. It looks great on your yearly evaluation and it just might help ya get a bigger raise. Ok, so that's a joke. Come on, it's MVH. LOL
